1] WHAT IS THIS DOCUMENT

6] LIMITED LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

We’re giving you special permission to use the website, but just for your personal needs. But remember, you can’t:

(a) Sell the website or its stuff to make money, or use them for business.

(b) Tinker with or figure out the hidden parts of the website’s stuff that aren’t meant for you to understand, like its secret code. This even means not trying to peek at the code that makes the site work unless it’s already shown in your web browser.

7] PRICE AND PAYMENTS

The cost of the items accessible for acquisition via the platform will be revealed to you directly on the site. Any relevant taxes or delivery fees (should they apply) will be revealed to you before you proceed to make a purchase.

Payments: The site currently uses third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayPal, etc. to process payments. Each offer code promoted by DEEPAKSHI SILKS is non-transferable and valid for a single use on an item (or items) of merchandise as determined by DEEPAKSHI SILKS. Offer codes cannot be used towards the purchase of non-branded merchandise, packaging, or applicable taxes. When you shop online, remember to type in the special code in the ‘offer code’ box when you’re ready to buy. These codes work only when you shop at www.deepakshisilks.com. If a code goes missing, gets stolen, or doesn’t work because of something wrong, DEEPAKSHI SILKS can’t fix that, so keep your code safe and sound! Offer codes cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent; no substitutions or credits are allowed. Every special code might have its own expiration date. Offer codes are void if copied, transferred, sold, exchanged, or expired, except where prohibited. Requests that do not comply with all offer code requirements will not be honored.

9] OBLIGATION/DUTY

The user or purchaser shall, at the time of delivery of the product, open the packaging in the presence of the delivery agent so as to ensure that the package delivered to him or her is not empty. Any claim by the purchaser citing delivery of an empty package (i.e., an empty box without the product or article) shall not be entertained by DEEPAKSHI SILKS if the aforementioned precaution or procedure is not complied with, and DEEPAKSHI SILKS shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if such claims are made without following the said protocol.

In the event that the package is found to be empty on inspection in the presence of the delivery agent, the purchaser or user shall kindly refuse to accept the delivery and call our Customer Care at +91 94839 29443 or e-mail us at support@deepakshisilks.com mentioning your order reference number within 24 hours from the time of the incident.

10] NO CANCELLATION

Items and products ordered through the site are not eligible for cancellation, i.e., items once ordered cannot be cancelled.

11] REFUND TERMS

The user or customer is entitled to a refund or exchange in the event that an incorrect or wrong product has been delivered. It is hereby clarified that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the user or customer is entitled to an exchange or refund only in cases where an incorrect or defective item has been successfully brought to you, and this isn’t due to any other cause.

In the event of a refund or exchange, the user or customer shall raise a refund or exchange request by writing to us at support@deepakshisilks.com with a photograph of the product, order number, price tag, and packaging of the product as received at the time of delivery. Thereafter, if DEEPAKSHI SILKS is prima facie satisfied after inspecting and assessing the photographs sent along with the exchange or refund request, it shall initiate pick-up of the said product. Moreover, once the product arrives, the team at DEEPAKSHI SILKS will carefully examine it to ensure everything is in order. Once they’re happy with the condition, they’ll move ahead with the next steps.

(i) In the case of an exchange, initiate the dispatch of the correct product to the user’s or customer’s address.

(ii) In the case of a refund, initiate the refund to the source account from which the user or customer initially paid for the product.

Exchange or refund for products shall not be entertained by DEEPAKSHI SILKS if:

The correct product is delivered.
The user removed or threw away the price tags, brand tags, box, and original packaging.

Pickup of the purchased products for exchange or refund is facilitated through DEEPAKSHI SILKS’s reverse logistics partners or by DEEPAKSHI SILKS itself. Upon a user making a request for exchange or refund of a product and the same being duly acknowledged by DEEPAKSHI SILKS, DEEPAKSHI SILKS or DEEPAKSHI SILKS’s reverse logistics partners shall get in touch with the user in order to collect the purchased products from the user and deliver them to DEEPAKSHI SILKS. While DEEPAKSHI SILKS has made reasonable endeavors to ensure delivery and pick-ups across multiple locations in India, currently, DEEPAKSHI SILKS has a select list of areas where deliveries and collection can be undertaken by its reverse logistics partners. In events where DEEPAKSHI SILKS is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased product for exchange or refund from the user, the user is required to self-ship the product to DEEPAKSHI SILKS’s shipping warehouse, the address for which will be intimated to the user upon the user placing such a request for exchange or refund. Upon self-shipping the product to DEEPAKSHI SILKS’s warehouse, the user shall be required to scan the courier or postal receipt and email it to support@deepakshisilks.com for DEEPAKSHI SILKS’s records. The aforesaid return by self-shipping the products is subject to the returned products passing a quality check by DEEPAKSHI SILKS.

That self-shipping by the user shall be done only with prior written approval of DEEPAKSHI SILKS, and in the event where the user claims to have self-shipped the product in If DEEPAKSHI SILKS doesn’t get the returned item as described in the earlier paragraph, and if the package is empty, then the user will be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier or postal agency to DEEPAKSHI SILKS to prove his or her claim of return of products through self-shipment to DEEPAKS. It is specifically clarified that any exchange or refund shall be processed by DEEPAKSHI SILKS only upon receiving the returned products and concluding the required verifications and checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the user, as the case may be.

12] WARRANTY

All the products included on or otherwise made available to you by DEEPAKSHI SILKS through the site or otherwise are provided without any representation or warranty, express or implied, except otherwise specified in writing.

13] IMAGES

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Because everyone’s screens are a bit different, the colors you see on the products might not look exactly the same as what you see on the website. The images on www.deepakshisilks.com are copyright protected and shall not be used without the prior written consent of Deepakshi Silks.

14] FEEDBACK

Just so you know, if you share any cool creative thoughts, suggestions, inventions, or stuff like that (“Creative Ideas”) with us, something interesting might happen:

(a) grant you complete and special rights to the creative ideas, whether they are already known or will be found in the future.

(b) You don’t have to keep the creative ideas a secret and won’t get in trouble for using or telling others about them.

(c) You can freely use the creative ideas however you want, whether it’s for business or anything else, and you don’t need to pay anyone for them.

15] CONTENT YOU SUBMIT TO DEEPAKSHI SILKS

From time to time, DEEPAKSHI SILKS may allow you to post reviews, comments, photos, or similar materials on the site (collectively, “Reviews”). We’re excited to hear what you think about our products, services, and even our website. However, any reviews you submit to DEEPAKSHI SILKS must not harass, slander, malign, libel, defame, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of any rude, inappropriate, vulgar, explicit, harmful, or illegal content.

By posting a review on the site, you hereby grant DEEPAKSHI SILKS an unrestricted, assignable, sublicenseable, perpetual royalty-free, fully paid-up license throughout the world to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, communicate to the public, publicly perform on a through-to-the-audience basis, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the reviews you share on our website for promoting DEEPAKSHI SILKS and its products. 19] SOLVING DISAGREEMENTS

If there’s a disagreement between you and DEEPAKSHI SILKS, the laws of Karnataka, India, will be used to figure things out. Both you and Deepaksh Singh agree that if there’s a dispute, it will be settled through discussions in Mangaluru, Karnataka, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The conversations during arbitration will be in English, and DEEPAKSHI SILKS will choose the person who will make the final decision. This means you both promise to accept the decisions made by the courts in Mangaluru for any issues related to this agreement. You won’t take legal action against Deepakshi Silks anywhere else.

20] ENDING OUR AGREEMENT

We can choose to stop giving you permission to use our website without telling you in advance. This might happen for any reason we decide, and when it does, these rules will still apply even though we’re not allowing you to use the site anymore.

21] WE MIGHT CHANGE THESE RULES

Sometimes we need to update these rules to make sure they follow the law. So we have the right to change them whenever we need to. You can see when we last changed them at the top of this page. We’ll try to let you know before making big changes. If you keep using our site, it means you accept the new rules we’ve made.

22] THINGS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Sometimes, we might not be able to do what we promised in this agreement because of things we can’t control. These things are called “force majeure. 24] IF ONE PART DOESN’T WORK

If we need to go to court about these rules, we can use printed copies, just like any other important business document. Any rights we don’t talk about here are still ours to use.
